surfing pictures tips

The Polynesians began the sacred ritualistic sport here more than 500 years ago. Like most sports, the best way to learn to surf is to do it.

If you want to learn to surf, skip the trial and error and get a good instructor. The arms of the suit generally are thinner than the rest, allowing the freedom to paddle the board. Look for schools with accredited coaches.

Many have been involved in competitive surfing of some description or have at least spent enough time in the water to have a sound knowledge of the demands of the sport. Often you can hire these boards near your local beach, but if not, try and borrow someones mal. At this point you have nothing to lose but your balance, and that is only temporary.

Non-surfing activities are also great for fitness which will always help your surfing. Once you are confident, you can advance to the water.
