isps report on surfing

Surfing is a popular and fun activity to enjoy the warm, long days of summer, but it can be a little intimidating if you don't know the first thing about it. I have written some surfing tips with the intention of keeping you all safe.

If you come across one that doesn t then it s usually possible to hire the necessary equipment from a surf shop. If you want to learn to surf, skip the trial and error and get a good instructor. It's as simple as finding someone who is willing to teach you some preliminary techniques and show you the tips and tricks of surfing.

The techniques. how to paddle, getting into the lineup, how to get up on your board, how to ride a wave, duck-diving, plus so much more. The ideal boards to learn to surf on would be 8-9 ft, and wider than usual. It is where everyone starts, even Kelly Slater or Andy Irons.

Also, always respect visitors to your beach. Never take someone else's wave.
