paid for surfing

The only surf school the first surfers attended was the school of hard knocks, heavy wipe outs, and plenty of peer pressure. Surfing lessons are all about taking your surfing to the next level regardless of how much experience, or lack thereof, you may have.

Your best resource for surfing tips will be a friend who surfs, every surfer was a beginner at one point and will be able to give you tips which will shorten your learning curve and help you from making many first time beginner mistakes. A surf instructor will be able to offer professional surfing advice and guidance along with the added safety of being emergency medical trained. You can find a private surf instructor by simply searching the internet for a surf instructor in the area in which you want to learn how to surf, they will surely be knowledgeable about all regional beaches and together you will choose the surf break best suited for you.

Check out the schools gear. Without the ability to paddle you will not only never catch a wave, but more than likely never even get to the line up. So many times I have seen a beginner surfer spend a stack of coin on all the latest gear and then spend an hour getting thrown around in the white water, wondering how everyone else made it out the back, it is 90% in your paddling ability. The gun is a very special board that requires more than average skill and more than average waves.

A few accessories have made a world of difference to surfers everywhere and made the sport of surfing more accessible and popular to the masses. Practice paddling the board and jumping up quickly, all in one motion.
